We exist to evolve the future we are living into was how Bass Coast Shire Council created inspiration for their people to deliver on their community’s 20 year vision and tackle complex issues like homelessness, gender equality, and  climate action.

People Need People is an initiative that engages the hearts and minds of people throughout the entire organisation.  It moves away from rigid planning and prediction towards an adaptive culture where individuals and teams continuously evolve, collaborate and innovate in response to changing environments.

In a severely constrained financial environment, the ability to unlock the genius that often lies dormant in a hierarchical organisation is particularly valuable in a dynamic industry like local government.
