Activating the bystander within all of us to be personal leaders in shaping workplace dynamics.

Embracing the philosophy “when you know better, you do better" these workshops provide spaces for people to learn from each other and unite in addressing the complex and systemic issues of inequality, sexual harassment and gender-based violence.

Laws and policies provide a regulatory compliance framework.  But real change occurs when there is a shift in mindsets and behaviours.

The change was infectious at Bass Coast with the four largest employers of the reqion partnering to deliver bystander training together. Awareness generated action to address the gender pay gap, equal access to paid parental leave for both parents, and a framework to address sexual harassment.
